HTTP 500 random errors reported by users

Technote (troubleshooting)


Individual users report apparently random HTTP 500 errors when using Maximo.

Diagnosing the problem

When user hits the HTTP 500 randomly and others are working OK, have the user clear the browser cache and try to login.

If this allows login, then apply the fix for APAR IV27550 as it fixes HTTP 500 caused by a number of scenarios.
