Diagnosing the problem
If the user knows that a project or resources that a project uses were modified in Modeler they should return to Modeler to see if a problem being encountered can be replicated within Modeler itself.
Resolving the problem
Ultimately Modeler with Text Analytics is a more powerful tool than Text Analytics for Surveys and the files and resources it produces may not always be compatible with Text Analytics for Surveys. If a user has Modeler and needs the advanced features it offers then it is advisable to remain within Modeler to complete the task at hand.
