Technote (FAQ)

Question

How can a device that has been denied access still access the server for a different user?

Cause

Devices are denied access on a User / Device unique pair.

Answer

When a device is denied access it is denied access along with a specific user. If another user installs a client or profile on this device they will be able to access the server with that device, as long as they comply with any other security restrictions applied by the system administrator.
