When a user changes the password on a CMS keystore all the Signer Certificates are lost. Although this problem does not affect the Personal Certificates and Certificate Requests, all trust anchors disappear.
The problem is present in the CMS Provider V1.36, a component of iKeyman V8.0.373, which is present in the following releases:
- IBM SDK for Java version 6 service refresh 12 and service refresh 13
- IBM SDK for Java version 6.0.1(J9 VM2.6) service refresh 4 and service refresh 5
- IBM SDK for Java version 7.0 service refresh 3 and service refresh 4
The problem can be fixed on these releases by requesting APAR IV42756 from your IBM service representative.
The problem is fixed in later service refreshes.
