Report "Registry Data" in SUA 2.x

Question

No entry is reported in "Registry Data" report. What are the triggers that populate this report ?

Answer

The import operation (Management >> Imports from SUA 2.x portal) is mandatory to populate the reports in SUA 2.x . However in order to populate the report "Registry Data" at import time, the analysis "Installed Windows Applications" from the site "IBM Software Inventory" must have been activated and collected the results from the agents.

If you have not activated that analysis, that report will not be populated, even if other reports like "All Software Installs" may be correctly filled.
