Problem
Attempts to launch IBM Rational Rhapsody model fails with error "VBA Initialization Failed"
Cause
Cause 1: You have installed Rational Rhapsody using the *.msi file
Cause 2: You have the value of useVBA set as TRUE and do not have VBA feature license
Resolving The Problem
In order to resolve the problem apply one of the following method:
Method 1: In order to resolve the same it is recommended to reinstall Rational Rhapsody using the setup.exe file present in the Installation folder with Administrative privileges
Method 2: Open the rhapsody.ini in Edit mode and set the value of useVBA as FALSE
