Contributor will not open after install.

After installation of Planning, contributor will not launch, below is the error that appears.

An error has occured whiel starting IBM COgnos Planning Administrator.

Main form failed to initalize.

Error details: unable to determine if the Planning Tables exist in
Content Manager. Please ensure the planning service is running.

Unexpected: missing HRESULT parameter.


Planning administration console service needs to be set to true in cognos configuration on one of the Planning servers. Please change the service from false to true and then save and then restart the service.
