Flexera shows downloads but no licenses
Why are you unable to see your Flexera licenses after logging into the Flexera License Key and Download Center?
There are 2 types of accounts in Flexera: a Registered End User (REU) account and a guest account. REU accounts are associated with company accounts that hold licenses. Guest accounts are not associated with any company account that holds any licenses.
If you have purchased any IBM Security Systems products, your order will be processed on your company's account and your email should be your user name for login. If you use this email to log in to Flexera, you will be able to retrieve your licenses (under "My license keys" in the left hand menu). You can also access any downloads via the "My software" in the left hand menu. There is no need to log out and log back in.
If you do not have an account in Flexera, you may register as a guest to access product downloads. The link to register as a guest is located on the Flexera License Key and Download Center login page, found at https://ibmss.flexnetoperations.com. Once you have signed up for your account, you can download the product updates via the "My software" section on the left hand menu. However, guest accounts will not have access to any licenses. You will see a blue notice on the Order Summary page that explains: "No orders available for product license key generation. To download software, use the "Download" link under "My software"."
If you have an account in Flexera other than the guest account, please use the email address associated with your licensed account to access both licenses and downloads.
If you believe you should be a registered end user (REU) on your company's account and have used the Password Finder to set your password without response (email) or success, your email was not in the system. You can use Technote #1610380 to be associated with your company's account. Registering as a guest will not allow you to access accounts holding licenses.
