overwrites existing policies

Technote (FAQ)

When restoring policies from a saved version using script, will it create duplicate policies thus create unnecessary events?

By default, if the policy already exists in the destination database, the policy (and associated scope information) and any thresholds will be overwritten.

However if the behaviour of overwriting policies is not desired, use the -keep parameter with this script. It is recommended for advanced users.
