Is there a way to modify labor availability in the Assignment Manager in Maximo 7.5.0.3 and above?
Answer
Suppose that you would like to add 2 hours to labor availability:
1. From the Assignment Manager main screen, click on the "Modify Availability" icon for the labor code.
2. From the "Modify Availability" dialog box, select the desired date and click on the "Modify" button:
3. Enter the following info and click OK:
Start Time = 3:00 PM
End Time = 5:00 PM
Reason Code = WORK
As result, notice that in the Assignment Manager main screen, the labor availability has been modified from 8:00 to 10:00.
