DNFO1100E Date GMT OU Service MessageGroup BusinessGroup SendFile scenario 'ref'

Cause

Generally, when an SAG is stopped, all subscriptions to this SAG are lost. WBI-FN, however, only learns about the SAG stop when the SAG is restarted. Triggered by the SAG restart notification, MSIF automatically resubscribes to receive SNL events from that SAG, when it was previously subscribed to this SAG (i.e. the MSIF internal subscription status is "subscribed" for the SNLID of this SAG).
If, however, the SAG restart notification is not received by MSIF (e.g. due to a connection problem between SAG and WBI-FN) the MSIF transfer service remains unsubscribed although the internal MSIF subscription status is still set to subscribed. This constellation causes the above mentioned symptoms.

Diagnosing the problem

The SAG event journal indicates an SAG restart preceding to the first failing file transfer.

  • The query command shows that the subscription status of the related MSIF transfer service is still set to subscribed.
  • SwiftNet FIN is not impacted since only the FileAct processing depends on SAG subscriptions/events.
