Problem

XPS server is up and running fine, but you see error messages as shown below, in the online.log: [001] 10:01:42 listener-thread: err = -25546: oserr = 0: errstr = : Invalid ASF assoc_id. [001] 10:01:49 listener-thread: err = -25546: oserr = 0: errstr = : Invalid ASF assoc_id. [001] 10:01:57 listener-thread: err = -25546: oserr = 0: errstr = : Invalid ASF assoc_id.

One of the scenario where you can run into such errors is mentioned below.


You have the entry for the co-server in sqlhosts file, but you missed to put the entry for the service name associated with the co-server, in  file /etc/services.
