This document provides additional information on how to configure the reconciliation and/or threshold migration processes in a Microsoft cluster environment.
Resolving the problem
Follow the instructions for Installing and configuring the HSM for Windows client in a cluster environment.
It is only necessary to configure the reconciliation or threshold migration on one of the cluster nodes for the cluster service to be created. You can use the dsmhsmclc command to verify the configuration.

In this example, the I: drive is the cluster drive managed by HSM Windows.
Once configured, the Failover Cluster Manager GUI will show the HSM Monitor resource. For example :
