No Solution ID is included in SR, IN, PR, Change.
Creating any solution from SR, IN, PR, CHANGE records ( e.g. SR-->select action menu --> create-->solution), you are able to create a solution.
Created solution number is displayed on the menu bar as a status message and then it will disappear.
You are not able to track the solution ID created.
Resolving the problem
Creating a solution for a particular IN/PR ticket, the solution ID of this solution is not recorded.
Now, in SCCD 7.5.1 there are some new features that enable you to see the solution specified for the ticket in the related records tab but, unfortunately, on the previous versions it is not supported.
