EDID510 / EDID550 not able to interpret new 999 rejection codes M, W, X
HIPAA 999 acknowledgement introduced rejection codes M, W, X. FA reconciliation and inquiry programs don't handle them.
EDID510 reconciliation program does not understand the codes. It treats the situation like INDETERMINATE status. EDID550 inquiry program is not able to single out the code values in its query.
