When using IBM Support Assistant 5, you may receive errors coming from IBM Installation Manager (which is used in the back end to perform installation and uninstallation of tools). You will be redirected to this page if Installation Manager throws an error that is not currently being handled properly by the IBM Support Assistant application. This document will contain the error that was received and the action that you need to take to get around the error.
Diagnosing the problem
If the error you encounter has not yet been listed on this page, use the IBM Support Assistant forum (on the top left of the Support Assistant User Interface) to report the error. A Support Assistant representative will respond to your request and update this page.
