Problem
Attempting to run the cognos Classic query engine or any of the 32bit clients when the library paths are referencing the 64bit version of the database driver will generate a library error as shown. Transformer needs to reference only 32bit libraries.
Cause
Cognos Transformer, Framework Manager and the classic query mode of the BI server are all 32bit applications, and therefore must reference only the 32bit database libraries, regardless of the bitness of the Cognos server installation.

Resolving The Problem
Ensure that the system path and library path only contain references to the 32bit database driver libraries.
