Why do I get an error when trying to download a document using Internet Explorer?
When connecting to Decision Center via HTTPS, downloading a document, such as a ruleset archive, throws the following error in IE 7 or 8:
Internet Explorer cannot download RulesetGeneratorServlet from localhost. Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
