What are the look-up requirements when doing range-lookups?
Answer
When using a range lookup, the "Entire" partition method is required. Use the following steps to set the partition method for the lookup stage:
- Double click on the look-up stage
- Click on Look-up stage properties (upper left hand icon with the hand through it)
- Click on Inputs
- Click on Partitioning
- Click on the Partition type drop down and select Entire
- Click on OK
