Use ipconfig command to check the IP address of the server and compare with the IBM Sterling Connect:Direct configuration.

Resolving the problem

Change the IP address of the IBM Sterling Connect:Direct Admin tool. Change the IP address of the Requester, so you can login. Make any other changes you need in the Netmap. Exchange the new IP address with partners.
