Problem(Abstract)
Windows OS Agent terminated on Windows 2000 during collecting logical disk information.
Symptom
When the drive letter was shown like "HarddiskVolume#" in perfmon instead of the assigned drive letter like "C:" on Windows 2000, Windows OS Agent terminated during collecting data of logical disk attribute group.
This issue did not occur on Windows 2003 or later.
Cause
Windows OS Agent should get the drive letter.

Windows 2000
Resolving the problem
Please correct the drive letter in the Disk Management on Windows 2000.
