I am trying to automate and run a Sterling Control Center
report. When the report should run I get an error in the Cognos log
stating "CGNS004E Failed to e-mail the specified report".

Diagnosing the problem
Automated reports do not get emailed. Check Cognos logs for error CGNS004E.
Resolving the problem
Apply the latest maintenance that includes APAR IC90701
