Does a Connect:Express restart is needed after certificate expired and a substitution certificate is in the store?
Need to restart Connect:Express for Microsoft Windows 3.0.6 and remove old certificate once the certificate expired if substitute certificate doesn't have the same attributes.
Upgrade to Connect:Express Windows version 3.1.04. As long as the attributes of the certificates are the same in the store or the setting ssl are set. If the certificate is set correctly in the store, there is no need to restart Connect:Express and after expired the certificate, the new certificate will be pick up dynamically.
