Problem(Abstract)

Import process employed for importing a platter from an Image Services source server into an IS destination server fails

Symptom

The following errors are reported in the Image Services elog:

Cause

The error message indicates that there is an issue with the user defined index 'Worksource' located on the destination server.

Diagnosing the problem

On the destination server confirm that the user defined index 'Worksource' exist, then on the source server confirmed there was a user defined index 'WorkSource'.

Resolving the problem

On the destination server, rename the user defined index from 'Worksource' to 'WorkSource' (Xapex, Database Maint, Index, Rename Index).
