Requirement folder creation and selection dialogs are missing folders when there are many folders in the repository
The requirement folder creation and selection dialogs and the test folder creation and selection dialogs are missing folders from the directory tree when there are many folders in the repository. The folder creation and selection dialogs can take a long time to load many folders in the repository.
The following error is the result of creating more than 100 requirement folders but this same error can result from creating less than 100 folders. The error also applies to creating test folders.
323 ERROR HPQCOSLCManager:1068 - CRIHP0001E: Failed to get record with URL null java.lang.NullPointerException
at sun.reflect.GeneratedMethodAccessor703.invoke(Unknown Source)
You will notice that some folders are missing from the directory tree.
As an example of the problem, only 25 folders were found even though more than 100 were created. Folders listed on Recent Test Folders and Child Test Folders did not match even though the 100+ folders created were all child test folders.
This issue was identified as a product defect.
