Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to join a UCM project result in the error 0x3ea trying to mount VOB when using IBM Rational ClearCase.
Symptom
Steps to reproduce:
- Join a UCM Project.
- Create a develop view and a integration view.
- The following error is displayed:
[ClearCase View Tool]
Unable to mount project VOBs used by view '< view name >'.
Error 0x3ea trying to mount VOB '< vob name >'.
Cause
Insufficient permissions on the VOB storage directory.
Diagnosing the problem
Verify if you have change permissions to access to the VOB storage directory.

Fix the related permission issue on the VOB storage directory and attempt to mount the VOB.
