Elements of the same type separated by a page break are given the same style
If a page break element is inserted between two elements of the same type, you might find that the same style is applied to both elements in the output.
Resolving the problem
You can insert a paragraph element before the page break element. This work around prevents the styling issue, but for Microsoft Word documents, an extra line break is included in the output.
The extra line break after the page break is necessary in the output, otherwise any style applied to a paragraph after the page break would also be applied to the last paragraph before the page break. This is an expected behavior of Microsoft Word.
