Problem(Abstract)
A form which works successfully with no issues does not have a row definition defined - how is this possible?
Symptom
Missing row definition.
Cause
The row definition has been deleted after the Excel layout was created and it is only the layout which is actively used. The row and column definitions are used to 'build' the form.
Resolving the problem
Recreate the deleted row definition.
