Problem(Abstract)
During a migration and upgrade from IBM Rational Requirements Composer version 2, to version 3.1.0.X the message "Status information for the migration cannot be obtained" is shown.
Symptom
When migrating and updating Rational Requirement Composer version 2.x to version 3.0.1.X a message is shown at step 2 in the online migration wizard:
Status information for the migration cannot be obtained
Cause
It is likely that it timed out in the web browser and the browser could not update the screen.
Resolving the problem
Close the browser and re-migrate. At step 2 the browser will show the true status of the migration.
