SmartCloud Notes web mail, calendar, contacts or notebook tabs may fail to load content properly when the browser being used is Chrome version 25 or later. Other supported browsers do not exhibit the problem.
The following error is displayed: "Error encountered retrieving data: Unable to connect to your Web server. Please retry your action at a later time."
