Intermittent issue when using IBM SmartCloud® Notes® web with Chrome 25, 26, 27

Problem

SmartCloud Notes web mail, calendar, contacts or notebook tabs may fail to load content properly when the browser being used is Chrome version 25, 26, or 27.

Symptom

The following error is displayed: "Error encountered retrieving data: Unable to connect to your Web server. Please retry your action at a later time."


Resolving the problem

The problem is resolved in Chrome version 28 and later versions.
