Mac 10.8 Retina : Blank video window when starting an A/V meeting
The video window remains blank when an A/V meeting is initiated from the Sametime embedded client.
1. Start IBM Notes and log in to the Sametime embedded client.
2. Start a meeting and join the meeting room that you own.
3. Click Join call with my computer. The video window remains blank.
This issue is specific to Mac 10.8 Retina users running the Sametime embedded client.
Resolving the problem
To correct the video display, leave the call and end the meeting; then start the meeting again and re-join the call.
