Abstract
A default password is specified for deployment of SmartCloud Control Desk Version 7.5.1 on virtual machines. If you install SmartCloud Control Desk using the virtual machine deployment option, use the default password sm@rtcl0ud for initial login after the virtual machines are deployed.

In step 11, substeps e and h, of the Verifying deployment of the WebSphere Application Server machine topic in the VM Installation Guide for SmartCloud Control Desk Version 7.5.1, the documentation incorrectly instructs you to log in to the system using the "the password that you created for the maxadmin user."
In the virtual machine deployment, users do not create a password for the maxadmin user. Instead, for your initial login, use the password sm@rtcl0ud where 0 is a zero and not the letter O.
