How do you add a user to an IBM Rational License Key Center account?
A new employee needs to download license keys.
To add a user to the IBM Rational License Key Center:
1. Log into the License Key Center
2. Select Account members
3. Click the plus sign next to Add New Member
4. Populate the required fields
5. Click Submit Membership info.
