Problem(Abstract)
Rational Directory Server installation on Windows OS does not create a Rational Directory Administrator shortcut icon even if the box is checked during installation.
Symptom
Rational Directory Administrator shortcut icon is not get created on the desktop.
Cause
This issue is caused by a known issue in Rational Directory Server
Environment
Windows
Resolving the problem
To resolve this issue, users can create a shortcut to the Windows desktop manually.
Instructions:
1. Go to the <RDS-install>/WebAppsServer directory.
2. Right click on the Rational Directory Server shortcut and click send to Desktop.
