Why don't I see Document and Folder Item Types listed in my Content Manager Item Types list after adding a Content Manager repository through IBM Content Navigator Administration tool as documented?

Symptom

Document and Folder Item Types are not created when Content Manager repository is added through the IBM Content Navigator Administration tool as documented.


Cause

The ICMSearch Item Type is always created when a Content Manager repository is added through IBM Content Navigator Administration tool, however the Document and Folder Item Types are created if and only if the IBM Content Navigator Teamspace is enabled.
