Problem(Abstract)
Attempts to access the IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) webpage results in Error: The requested artifact cannot be found. Error codes: CRRRW7552E or CRRRS8530E.
Symptom
When you access the Rational DOORS Next Generation webpage, the following error occurs:
The requested artifact cannot be found.
ID CRRRW7552E The item that you are trying to view cannot be found in the database. If might have been deleted by another user.

Cause
IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation requires the complete public URI (which is already configured during the Jazz Team Server setup) to be used when accessing any of its hosted resources. If the complete public URI is not used to access the RM webpage then this error may occur.
Resolving the problem
To resolve this error, use the Public URI that is defined when configuring the Jazz Team Server:

If the Public URI that is configured in the Jazz Team Server setup is:
https://servername.dc1.domain.net:9443
then you need to access the DNG webpage using the complete URI as configured during your JTS setup and in this example it would be as follows:
