When installing Maximo 7.1 and it fails you cannot restart it using TASKRUNNER once it cannot be found. Why is TASKRUNNER file not available?
If this is a new Maximo 7.1 install and this utility is not available chances are installer could not get to the point where TASKRUNNER is extracted to the ibm\smp\scripts folder.
Likely the Maximo 7.1 install has failed at a point before TASKRUNNER could be extracted from installation files (PAYLOAD).
The installation needs to be started again. Before starting the install remove all IBM Maximo 7.1 product entries and make sure the previous error is resolved this time.
