Question

Is there a reason that the Average Cost includes taxes while receiving with "Pay Tax to Vendor"
unchecked on the company record?

Cause

Maximo will calculate the average cost based on the loaded cost of the item which includes the tax.

Answer

This is working as designed as Maximo is based on PO Line Loaded Cost to calculate Inventory Average Cost, which means taxes are taken into account when the average is calculated.
