How to configure the certificate to use when accessing dashboard on HTTPS using <base_port + 1>
Answer
Follow instructions in documentation to access dashboard on baseport+1 (Switch from HTTP to HTTPS Using the Base SSL Port).
Modify customer_overrides.properties to add following line
noapp.sslCert={mention_name_of_your_own_cert}
Stop Sterling Integrator
Run setupfiles
Start Sterling Integrator
Access dashboard https://host:{baseport+1}/dashboard
