Error Desc :
Failed while opening a JDBC connection.
[jcc][t4][2030][11211][4.11.69] A communication error occurred during

Resolving the problem

The major problem was in the database name, which is handled

differently in zOS and distributed. The Integration Composer "Define
Data source" should ask for the "DB2 Location Name" and "DB2 Location
port number" instead of "database name" and "port number".
On specifying the database name and schema name ,Integration Composer does not
connect to TAD4Z, but directly to DB2.
On changing the database name to the DB2 location name and port number. it works
At this time, you must also have a id that has access to DB2 on zOS with proper authorization (for userid and password)
