Problem(Abstract)
Time fields changed to a different format
Symptom
After upgrading SCCD 7.5.0.1 and TPAE 7.5.0.3 the time fields changed to a different format 24hr military time
Diagnosing the problem
Go to Service request
Create a new request
Under reported date
Select the Calendar date/time
The date displays the 24hr military time
Resolving the problem
Go to system configuration , platform configuration, system properties,
Filter DISPLAYTIME and select check box
Enter global value as hh:mm:ss a
Save and do a Live refresh
Log out and login.
