Symptom

Error on CD Select

Tblname=/opt/cdirect/CDUNIX_v4.1.00/ndm/xlate/def_send.xlt Errno=13. Message ID XCPZ001I, rc=8, fdbk=13.|MSST=Xlate table open failed. Tblname=/opt/cdirect/CDUNIX_v4.1.00/ndm/xlate/def_send.xlt Errno=13.


Cause

Permission issue on Linux

Diagnosing the problem

There is a permission error with CD Select on Linux.

This is not an issue with Sterling B2B Integrator.

The issue is the permissions on the Operating System Linux


Resolving the problem

To resolve this problem, verify the permissions on the following files and also verify the files
exist:
d_dir/cdunix/ndm/xlate/def_recv.xlt
d_dir/cdunix/ndm/xlate/def_send
.xlt
The permission on the def_recv.xlt and def_send.xlt files should be 644
and the xlate directory should be 755.
