Problem(Abstract)
Customer can not determine how to change the interval of catalog index build agent
Symptom
Need to change the catalog index build to build more frequently.
Resolving the problem
To change the frequency of the catalog Index agent, navigate to Applications Manager > Application Platform > General > model processes. On the left pane select Catalog Index Build , then on the right panel select time triggered. Edit or create new time triggered agent by configuring the trigger message to the number of minutes in which you want the index built. Also configure the Service to Execute on Completion of work to Catalog_Index_Build. At that interval it will drop a message to the JMS queue and the Catalog_Index_Build agent will run.
