IBM SDK for Java V5.0 Service Refresh 16 general availability.

Service refresh 16 is now available on developerWorks. This refresh contains the following updates:
A new set of unlimited jurisdiction policy files are available for download. Although the old policy files continue to work with all current releases, after installing service refresh 16, you should plan to update to the new policy files before 2014. This activity is necessary ahead of the expiry of the certificates that sign these policy files. For more information, see IBM SDK Policy files.
This release contains a later level of the IBM Monitoring and Diagnostic Tool for Java Health Center agent. To learn about the function included with this agent, see Health Center platform requirements.
The service refresh also fixes a number of defects with the SDK.
