Question
Unable to enable the add-ons in Office. Only digitally signed macros are
allowed.
Cause
You will not be able to enable the add-ons in office. Also looking at the properties of CognosOfficeShim12.dll file OR CognosOfficeShim.dll (in Cognos office installation directory) you will find that there is no digital signature tab
Answer
You will need to install the newer version of Cognos Office 10.1.1 that is build for Cognos 10.2 and not Cognos office 10.1.1 for Cognos BI 10.1.1. The newer version seems to have the signed Dlls
