In the IBM® Intelligent Transportation solution portal, if you click Back in any of the reports portlets when the required IBM® Cognos® services are no longer running, the solution portal page displays within the portlet instead of an error message.
IBM® Cognos® is used by IBM Intelligent Transportation to provide measuring, monitoring, and reporting metrics. The issue occurs if the Cognos middleware services stop running while you are using the solution, and you click Back in the WebSEAL error message that is displayed in the portlet. If that happens, the entire page is rendered within the reports portlet.
Resolving the problem
This is a known problem that is being investigated.
After the Cognos services are restarted successfully, refresh the browser page to display the latest data in the reports portlets.
