Problem(Abstract)
WebSphere 7.0 installed by middleware installer included in SmartCloud Control Desk 7.5 does not display WebSphere console web in non-English on a non-English enabled browser.
Cause
This is a known issue and has been addressed in APAR # IV16523
Resolving the problem
You will need to contact IBM Support to get language pack for Websphere 7.0 that was used by SmartCloud Control Desk 7.5 middleware installer.
