Inconsistent partner listed in SFGDBCHECK.sh output, OrganizationName="DEFAULT Organization" and this is not a SFG partner.

Technote (troubleshooting)

Problem(Abstract)

Imported SFG community into Prod 5.2.4 from a SI 5.0 build 5008 instance, and on 5.2.4 the SFGDBCHECK.sh output displays partner with OrganizationCode="DEFAULT" OrganizationKey="DEFAULT" OrganizationName="DEFAULT Organization". This is not a SFG partner, so it should not be listed in this SFGDBCHECK.sh output.

Symptom

SFGDBCHECK.sh output contains 1 Inconsistent partner of:
<Partner CommunityName="" LoginID="sd_supplier"
OrganizationCode="DEFAULT" OrganizationKey="DEFAULT"
OrganizationName="DEFAULT Organization" RelinkUserHint="" XRefUserId="">

LoginID="sd_supplier" is not a SFG partner and in SFG it is not included in a Community. This User account comes included with the SI product and the user Identity is correctly set to DEFAULT Organization.

Environment

SI 5.2.4 on Linux.

Diagnosing the problem

Per a basic SQL command, we discovered that the "Default Organization" was tied to a SFG community.

Resolving the problem

In the SFG Resource tag for the Community, on the Identities screen, it had 'DEFAULT Organization' selected on the right side. Remove this 'DEFAULT Organization' and save the Resource tag. Reran the SFGDBCHECK.sh and it should no longer report this LoginID as an Inconsistent partner.
