Question
On Windows environment, to retrieve Windows Eventlog, which are recorded during LogfileAgent(LFA) is not working, "NumEventsToCatchUp=-1" is set in conf file. Why it does not work as expected?
Answer
LFA records the latest Windows eventLog information in the "%CANDLE_HOME%\TMAITM6\logs\History\KLO\<INSTANCE NAME>" directory as ｘｘｘ<INSTANCE NAME>.rst, when it stops.
If "NumEventsToCatchUp=-1"is set in the conf file but it does not work, please check if the "%CANDLE_HOME%\TMAITM6\logs\History\KLO\<INSTANCE NAME>\ｘｘｘ<INSTANCE NAME>.rst" file was created.
If no file and directory are created, please try again after making "%CANDLE_HOME%\TMAITM6\logs\History\KLO\<INSTANCE NAME>" directory.
