Gentran Director Outbound documents were not timely showing Overdue status
Interchange browser and GDW_DOCUMENT_RPT results would display 'WAITING' when the document should be overdue. Sometimes the report would no run at all because nothing was OVERDUE, but the OUTDrawer showed Overdue.
No results when running GDW_Document_Rpt
no records that match the criteria
This has been identified as a product defect under APAR IC89754
Document status was getting reset back to Waiting when a communication Send task was started.
Resolving the problem
Place a support request via Customer Support. Reference this Article in your PMR and Request an update to EDIMGR.exe
Apply fix for EDIMGR.exe by
1. Closing the Gentran Desktop
2. Go to the DirectorConnection\Bin\ or Commerce Connection32\Bin directory
3. Copy the current Edimgr.exe
4. Move the hotfix to the bin directory choosing to override current exe.
